Chief Executive Officer
Bobby D. Walker is Chief Executive Officer of Employment Staffing Group Inc. dba TalentForce. Bobby began with Employment Staffing Inc. in 1996 as Controller. Over the past 22 years, he has served as Controller, Chief Financial Officer and President prior to accepting the position as CEO in July 2017. Walker has been involved in the growth of Employment Staffing Inc. from 6 branch locations in 1996 to the current 30 branches located in seven states.
Walker graduated from Gardner-Webb University in 1992 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Walker is also a certified public accountant having passed the NC CPA Exam in 1996.
Chief Financial Officer
Eric’s 20 year career in finance includes experience in investment banking, valuation, financial consulting, and financial leadership. After graduating from business school, Eric began his career in finance as an investment banking associate with SunTrust Equitable Securities and Avondale Partners, both in Nashville. Over the next decade he focused on assisting clients with capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, and financial consulting. He earned a valuation credential in 2004 and has performed dozens of business valuations and expert witness assignments. He served as the CFO for Cicayda, LLC and Medalogix, LLC, and has performed numerous fractional CFO assignments prior to being appointed CFO of Employment Staffing Group.
Eric holds a BA in English and Economics from Cornell University, an MA in English from Louisiana State University, and an MBA from Vanderbilt University. Prior to attending business school, Eric spent seven years as an English teacher, journal editor, and technical writer. He has served as Treasurer for the March of Dimes in Tennessee, and President of the board of First Steps, Inc. in Nashville.
IL/MO Region Director
Missy has over 20 years in the staffing industry. Missy started her career as an Assessment Coordinator and Recruiter, and then moved to Corporate where she worked in accounting and served as the Risk Manager. She has also served in the Branch Manager role. Working in the multiple roles gave Missy a thorough understanding of the demands of the staffing industry. Missy completed a long term goal in May 2015 when she graduated from Central Methodist University with her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management with a minor in Economics. Missy prides herself in leadership, customer service, recruitment, branch management and business development. Missy serves on the Business Advisory Committee for Mineral Area College. Missy is the Region Director of our Missouri and Illinois offices.
NC/SC Region Director
Cheryl is a seasoned Staffing professional with over 23 years experience. Cheryl believes her experience in Risk Management and Human Recourses has aided her in the ability to help train her team in building true business partnerships. Cheryl is the Southeast Regional Director and is responsible for North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia. Cheryl is a proud graduate of Nova Southeastern University (GO SHARKS), where she earned her Bachelors in Business Admin and Psychology and Minored in Socio Economics.
TN/KY Region Director
Jeff Morgan has over 25 years of staffing experience in sales and management. Jeff’s management experiences have included establishing and implementing corporate policies and procedures, training of personnel, developing incentive programs, planning and implementing promotions and maintaining cost and quality controls. His experience in sales has included developing new business relationships, servicing and selling to existing accounts, developing and implementing account penetration plans to increase sales and service, recruiting of personnel and evaluations of performance. Jeff has used his academic background successfully in motivating personnel to perform as a team toward a shared goal, and also in his personal development as a sales person, professional manager and in his current role as a Region Director for Tennessee and Kentucky.
Jeff holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts and Science Speech Communications and Rhetoric/Organizational Structures from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
Director of Human Resources
Jennifer Yount is the Director of Human Resources for Employment Staffing Group, Inc. In this role she is responsible for hiring and retaining top talent in recruiting, management, and business development, as well as contributes to the development and implementation of all company policies and procedures.
Ms. Yount has 18 years of experience in staffing and human resource management with 14 of those years employed by Employment Staffing Group, Inc. During her tenure with the company she has advanced through the organization in many roles, including Recruiter, Sr. Branch Manager, Human Resources Manager, and Director of Human Resources.
Ms. Yount attended University of North Carolina at Charlotte where she majored in Sociology. She later returned to college to attain a degree in Human Resource Management.
Vice President, Branch Operations
Dawn began her career as a Branch Manager with Employment Staffing Group in 2002 and was promoted to Director of Training and Compliance in 2012. In 2017, Dawn was promoted to VP of Operations where she uses her prior experience to manage day to day operations to support growth and provide for the overall successful operation of the team. Her leadership skills and knowledge of industry regulations allows Dawn to formulate policies and promote their implementation to ensure the company operates with legality and conformity to rules and regulations. Her duties also include marketing and branding, development of recruiting strategies, communicating with the team to promote best practices and drive business goals.
Prior to coming to Employment Staffing Group, Dawn managed three in-office medical laboratories for a local OB/GYN practice. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Western Carolina University in Clinical Laboratory Science with a minor in Chemistry.
Director of Training and Compliance
Amy is an accomplished professional with over 15 years of experience in human resources. In her current role with Employment Staffing Group as Director of Training and Compliance, she is responsible for staff training; policy and procedure; webinar presentation; and staff support. Amy began with Employment Staffing Group in the summer of 2012 as a staffing coordinator. She advanced into the role of customer service manager 2013. Over the six year period she has earned the trust of her coworkers and became a friend and mentor.
Having worked mostly in the areas of recruiting, staffing, and management for both non-profit and for profit organizations, she is adept in training; recruitment; document support; and conflict resolution. Prior to her current career, she worked in the field of retail management.
Amy is currently working towards her Bachelors degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management through the University of North Carolina at Pembroke.
Amy is excited to expand and share her knowledge and experience as she continues to grow with Employment Staffing Group.
