Thomas D. Floyd, President/Owner
Prior to purchasing
Talent Force in 1991, Floyd gained all of his business experience in the
field of banking after graduating from Mississippi State University in
1969 and the LSU School of Banking in 1974. During his 20-year tenure in banking, working for three of
Mississippi’s largest banks, he served on many decision making committees,
such as the Executive Loan Committee, Trust Committee, and as a member of
the Board of Directors. In cities where he served as Bank President, he
was also fortunate to serve as President of Chambers of Commerce, Rotary
International, District Governor of Civitan International, and many other
economic development organizations.
Since moving to
Memphis, Floyd has been involved in helping promote the city and region by
his involvement in economic, civic and social organizations. He previously served on the Board of Directors of the Memphis Regional Chamber and the Salvation Army. Floyd served on the Administrative Board and the Finance Committee at Christ United Methodist Church, where he and his wife, Kay, are active members.
Harry E. Draper,
General Manager
Mr. Draper’s
business background includes over 30 years of experience in Senior
Executive Management and engineering consultation. Mr. Draper holds a
Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University
of Memphis. He is also a graduate of the Wharton Engineering School of
Successful Management from the Univerisity of Pennsylvania. After graduation, Mr. Draper established a proven
record of success in sales, engineering and operations, building new
markets, restructuring and revitalizing organizations for greater
success. Mr. Draper has served as officer, executive committee member and
was elected to “Who’s Who in Business in the State of Tennessee”. He and
his wife, Terry are active members of Holy Communion Episcopal Church.
Pam Austin, CSP* , Accounting/IT Manager
Mrs. Austin’s background includes over 30 years
in the fields of accounting, payroll, inventory control, and human
resources. Talent Force has employed her for ten years. Mrs. Austin
manages all payroll, invoicing and billing as well as ensuring that our IT
functions are carried out with the utmost efficiency.
Brad Floyd, CSP*, Client
Services/Operations Manager
Since January 1998,
Brad Floyd has served as client services manager. He is responsible for
ensuring that clients’ needs are met on a consistent basis. Brad also
assumed the role of Operations Manager in January 2004, which includes
overseeing employee recruitment, and placement.
